Newsletter – July 2015

I’m back from holidays, reviatilised and ready for the new financial year.
It’s going to be a big year for me, personally and professionally. I’m already planning my next holiday, I’ve bought another puppy and I’ve set some lofty financial goals. I’m about to settle on an investment property in Newcastle and I will buy another property off the plan this year. Professionally, I’m going to continue building the business and will employ another broker to grow the team.
I find that the new financial year is a far better time to do some serious goal setting. You’re not all caught up in the hoopla from Christmas and New Year and you can actually put some thought into what you want to achieve.
What are your plans and goals for this financial year?
How can we help you achieve them?
If you are planning on buying either your first home, upgrading to your next home or buying an investment property, I’m happy to sit down with you and go through your numbers. We can look at your borrowing potential, deposit required and repayments. If you already own a home, we can arrange a valuation to see how much equity you have in the property and if you can leverage this equity for investment purposes.
Whatever your financial plans, I’d love to help! Just give me a call and we can arrange a time to chat.
I also want to tell you about a couple of clients who have had great success buying lately. After having a tough start to their property search, they took my advice and used a buyer’s agent to finally secure their dream property.
When you’re buying a home to live in, it’s usually an emotional roller coaster – going from excitement to disappointment and back again – sometimes many times, until you finally secure the property. I’m here to support you through each step from applying for your loan to settlement, but actually finding the property can be really hard work – especially in this market.
Using a buyer’s agent takes the stress out of the whole process. You won’t get caught up in the hype and you won’t pay more than market value. They do a full analysis on the property and area you’re searching for, and then they do all the hard work.
If this sounds like something that you need, give Elaine from Good Deeds a call on 0412 362 133 or email her at [email protected].
Anything I can do to help, I’m just a phone call away!
