I don’t know about you, but I love Easter. I love getting together with my family, eating too much, laughing too much and sleeping in!
I love that it’s four days off work so I can get a good balance of relaxing and getting stuff done and spending time with those I love.
This year will be different for all of us, and like many of you, I’m unhappy about it, but accepting that it is the right thing for the community and the country as a whole.
On a more positive note, there’s nothing we can do except make the most of what we’ve got and find new ways to connect, new ways to relax and have fun.
I’m incredibly grateful that my friends and family’s health hasn’t been affected by this crisis. Our spirit hasn’t been either.
So we’re still going to eat too much, laugh too much and virtually get together from the comfort of our own homes. We’ll just miss the hugs.
We hope your family is also faring well through this economic, social and health crisis and hope that you too find ways to relax, recharge and spend time with those you love. And if you’re an essential worker, we’re sending you our endless gratitude for all that you do to keep us safe, and keep the country running.
As usual, Connor, Tanya and myself are here to serve you, and should you need any assistance, advice or just want to have a chat, feel free to reach out!
Happy Easter and remember:
Stay home, save lives.
